Real estate films usually begin with the buildings.
For Givat HaShalva, we chose to begin with the people.
Guided by the strategy developed by Shruli Lev and Ptex Group, we spent less time presenting architecture and more time listening.
We sat with future residents, developers and key partners, hearing the conversations, the vision and the stories that gave the project its character.
No script. Just people.
It required trust—from us, from the agency and from the client.
Long after production wrapped, one question stayed with us: Has the way we tell real estate stories changed? Maybe people are looking for something more authentic than polished sales films. Or maybe visual spectacle still has its place—as long as it serves a story worth telling.
There probably isn't one answer.
But this project reminded us that sometimes the most compelling story isn't found in the architecture—it's found in the people who will bring it to life.
